Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In the original packaging (when possible)

  • Free from damage, wear, or alterations

Some items may be non-returnable, such as hygiene products, items with broken seals, or custom-made orders. These exceptions will always be clearly stated at checkout.

2. How to Start a Return

Include the following details:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the product arrived damaged or defective)

We will provide return instructions and the return address.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item was damaged during shipping

In these cases, Crevorra will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email notification. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed within 3–7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

5. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for the same item (if available) in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items or items marked “final sale”

  • Hygiene-related products with broken seals
